Terms of Service

Scope and provider

  • These Terms of Service govern your use of EB Browser, a service developed by Feature Space AB (organization number 559569-9983).
  • The app is an informational tool and does not process purchases, payments, or contracts between you and any third party.
  • Feature Space AB and EB Browser are completely independent from SAS, EuroBonus, and any listed partner or merchant. Names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Apple App Store EULA terms

  • These Terms are between you and Feature Space AB, not Apple. Feature Space AB, not Apple, is solely responsible for EB Browser, Point Chaser Pro, and their content. These Terms may not provide usage rules for EB Browser that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Feature Space AB grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use EB Browser on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including applicable Usage Rules. EB Browser may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple makes those options available.
  • Feature Space AB is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for EB Browser as specified in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for EB Browser.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EB Browser is provided "as is" and "as available". If EB Browser fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app to you where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to EB Browser, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are Feature Space AB's responsibility to the extent required by applicable law.
  • Feature Space AB, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to EB Browser or your possession or use of EB Browser, including product liability claims, claims that EB Browser fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
  • If a third party claims that EB Browser or your possession and use of EB Browser infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Feature Space AB, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that intellectual property infringement claim.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist supporting country or region, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Feature Space AB is the developer of EB Browser. Questions, complaints, or claims about EB Browser may be directed to Feature Space AB, organization number 559569-9983, at hello@eb-browser.com.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using EB Browser, including Apple terms, App Store terms, SAS EuroBonus terms, merchant terms, payment provider terms, and any terms that apply to websites or services opened through the app.
  • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. After you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Reliance and third parties

  • Offers, points, availability, and conditions may change at any time. You are responsible for verifying final details on official SAS EuroBonus portals and with the final merchant before completing a transaction.
  • Third-party services, websites, merchant content, APIs, Apple services, App Store distribution, cloud infrastructure, network providers, and source websites are outside Feature Space AB's control. Access and use of such services are at your own risk and subject to third-party terms and policies.

Point Chaser Pro purchases

  • Point Chaser Pro is the paid access offering available in the EB Browser app. Point Chaser Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, as a lifetime one-time purchase, through Apple offer codes, or through Apple Family Sharing where Apple and Feature Space AB make those options available.
  • Point Chaser Pro purchases are made through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple, not Feature Space AB. Pricing, currency, taxes, billing, refunds, purchase confirmation, offer-code redemption, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under applicable Apple terms.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple account settings before the next renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not necessarily refund the current paid period.
  • Deleting your EB Browser account does not cancel any active App Store subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account or App Store settings.
  • A lifetime purchase means access to eligible Point Chaser Pro features for as long as the EB Browser app and related services are made available and technically supported by Feature Space AB. It does not mean the purchaser's lifetime, perpetual access, or a guarantee that the app, backend services, data sources, crawlers, integrations, App Store distribution, or any specific feature will remain available forever.
  • Family Sharing is available only for products where it is enabled by Apple and Feature Space AB. Family members' access depends on Apple's Family Sharing rules, the original purchase remaining valid, and Apple continuing to report a valid shared entitlement.
  • Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, revoked purchases, invalidated offer codes, Apple account changes, or entitlement changes reported by Apple may remove or limit Point Chaser Pro access.
  • Point Chaser Pro access unlocks eligible app features only and does not guarantee points, savings, merchant acceptance, earning outcomes, real-time data, uninterrupted availability, or continuously updated live data. Early-access and planned features are provided without any promised launch date, delivery date, or continued availability.
  • Historical views and archived snapshots are provided as informational tools and may be delayed, incomplete, or not fully accurate at all times.

External dependency and service availability

  • EB Browser depends on Apple services, cloud infrastructure, SAS EuroBonus and merchant websites, APIs, third-party platforms, and other external systems outside Feature Space AB's control.
  • If those systems change, become unavailable, restrict access, block crawling, alter their terms, or otherwise prevent the app from operating as intended, Point Chaser Pro features may be limited, degraded, suspended, or discontinued.
  • Feature Space AB may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue Point Chaser Pro features where necessary for technical, legal, business, platform, security, or operational reasons.
  • Lifetime access may also end if the app or service is discontinued, removed from distribution, required to be removed by Apple or another external party, or if Feature Space AB ceases operations.

Liability and acceptance

  • Feature Space AB is not responsible for any failure, interruption, degradation, suspension, or discontinuation of EB Browser, Point Chaser Pro, or related services caused by events outside its reasonable control. This includes actions or policy changes by Apple, SAS, EuroBonus, merchants, affiliate networks, third-party websites or service providers, changes to APIs or website access, cloud or infrastructure outages, legal or regulatory changes, security incidents, labor disputes, natural disasters, war, government action, or other force majeure events.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EB Browser is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and Feature Space AB disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from app use, content accuracy, third-party changes, external service restrictions, source-data unavailability, App Store distribution changes, or service unavailability.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law. You must use the app lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, interference, scraping abuse, reverse engineering, or misuse. Feature Space AB may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.
  • By using the app, you accept these Terms of Service.
