• Feature Space AB (organization number 559569-9983), as provider of EB Browser, processes personal data necessary to operate the service and your communication preferences.

Data categories and purpose

• Depending on your use, this may include email address, consent choices, notification settings, interaction events (for example clicks and votes), and limited technical identifiers provided by Apple services.
• For Point Chaser Pro access management, we process entitlement and purchase-status data provided by Apple, including product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, lifetime purchase status, offer-code or promotional status where available, Family Sharing ownership type where available, expiry dates, revocation status, and related transaction metadata.
• Purchase and entitlement data is used for access control, fraud prevention, account support, restoring purchases, syncing eligible Pro access across app features, and complying with legal or platform requirements.
• Personal data is used to provide app functionality, send product updates when you opt in, provide legally required notices, improve reliability and security, and respond to support requests.
• Legal bases for processing may include performance of contract, legitimate interests, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

• We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with processors and infrastructure providers acting on our instructions, with Apple where necessary for purchase and entitlement handling, or with authorities when required by law.
• Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. Entitlement and transaction records may be retained as needed to verify access, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and support account deletion or restoration requests.
• Where personal data is transferred internationally, we apply safeguards required by applicable law. We use technical and organizational security measures, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure.
• EB Browser is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
