The new hang out place Stempel on Vesterbro has both the space, the gastronomy and the ambition to embrace its citizens from morning to late evening - actually until dawn if the party just doesn't want to stop in Stempels gorgeous space on the corner of Istedgade and Enghave Plads. Stempel opens already at 9 o clock where one can enjoy Italian coffee, omelets and a breakfast plate. From 10 o clock the choice also includes brunch. From noon and until late evening, city dwellers can enjoy hot dishes from Stempels simple but delicious a la carte menu. The food is rooted in the relaxed brasserie tradition and gives one the opportunity of experiencing everything from light, assorted starters and creative salads to Italian pasta and sandwiches to juicy steaks. The wine card is simple but exquisitely made with an emphasis on French bottles.
