The toppings include lots of fish, for example smoked salmon, fishballs and fried fillet. On the restaurant's evening menu, the emphasis is put on fresh fish and shellfish. The menu changes daily, depending on what is available at the harbor, from the farmer and the butcher. Choose from the à la carte menu or go for the three course menu of the day including an aperitif and a selection of wine. 'Krostuen' right next door is a more informal eatery, offering up Danish classics such as omelet and fishballs, but also burgers and fish 'n' chips.
