The great Mughals were known for their art, style and cuisine. They built great monuments and palaces such as Taj Mahal and Shalimar, world-renowned for their everlasting beauty. In addition they also left great traditions for exotic food. As a tribute to them and their culinary skills, we are proud to call our restaurant “AL-DIWAN” where we will do our best to revive their great cuisine. Al-Diwan means ‘comfort room for royal guests’, and if you are in doubt about what that means, there are plenty of illustrative pictures on the wall.
